Volunteer work
I do several pro bono sessions with patients per week and work with certain weekly patients on a sliding-scale basis. However, I’m sorry that I’m not able to take on any new pro bono or sliding scale cases at this time.
As faculty of the Denver Institute for Psychoanalysis of the University of Colorado, Department of Psychiatry, I teach MD, PhD and PsyD graduate students in theory and in the technique of psychodynamic psychotherapy.
In addition, I chair the “Diversity in Psychoanalysis” committee of the Denver Psychoanalytic Society. In 2016, I helped organize an important “consciousness-raising” event in Denver featuring visiting New York City psychoanalyst, Anton Hart PhD. (see flyer below)
